Standard sew-on and adhesive hook and loop MOQ is 500 meters/color; flame retardant and high-temp types are 300 meters; specialty die-cut pieces are 1,000 pcs; wide backing fabrics are 100 meters. First-time customers can request small sample orders (50-100 meters) for testing.

We hold ISO 9001:2015, OEKO-TEX Standard 100, SGS test reports, REACH compliance declaration, RoHS compliance declaration, and UL94 V-0 flame retardant certification for FR series. All certification documents are available upon request.

What is the standard production lead time?

Accepted Answer

Standard products (existing specs and colors): 7-10 business days; custom colors or specs: 10-15 business days; special materials (flame retardant/high-temp/PTFE): 15-20 business days.

Can you produce custom colors? What is the minimum quantity?

Accepted Answer

Yes. We support any color from our 100+ Pantone palette, and can also color-match based on customer-provided samples. Custom color MOQ is 500 meters/color. Sampling takes 3-5 days, with color difference controlled at ΔE ≤ 1.5.

What payment methods do you accept?

Accepted Answer

We accept T/T bank transfer (most common), L/C letter of credit (orders ≥ USD 10,000), PayPal (small orders), and Western Union. Standard payment terms are 30% deposit + 70% balance against copy of B/L.

Are your products compliant with EU REACH and RoHS?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Our standard product range complies with EU REACH regulations (SVHC substances below 0.1%) and RoHS directive (free of lead, cadmium, hexavalent chromium, and other hazardous substances). We can provide third-party test reports issued by SGS.

What is the lifespan of your hook and loop fasteners?

Standard nylon hook and loop can withstand 10,000+ open/close cycles under normal use conditions, with tensile strength retention ≥ 80%. Products made on our Karl Mayer warp knitting machines can last 15,000-20,000 cycles.

What shipping methods are available?

Accepted Answer

We support DHL/FedEx/UPS express (3-7 days), sea freight (Europe 25-35 days, USA 20-30 days), and air freight (7-12 days). Express is recommended for small quantities; sea freight FOB Guangzhou/Shenzhen for large quantities.
